Designing the office in RK Prime 1 along 150 ft. Ring Road, Rajkot, posed a unique challenge in optimizing a mere 200 sqft space for modern functionality. The modern design concept prioritized efficient use of space, ensuring dedicated areas for staff, a compact fridge, and organized file storage.

The challenge lay in maximizing functionality without compromising aesthetics. Clean lines, smart storage solutions, and a neutral color palette were employed to create an illusion of spaciousness within the confined area. The result is a modern and organized workspace that defies its limited square footage. Despite the tight constraints, the client’s vision was realized, with designated staff spaces facilitating productivity and a compact fridge seamlessly integrated for convenience. Clever storage solutions were implemented to ensure files were accessible yet unobtrusive, maintaining the visual appeal of the office.
