Designing the high-rise mass housing project in Rajkot under the government’s modern Avas Yojna has been both a challenge and a privilege. Utilizing advanced 3D visualization tools, I envisioned a contemporary haven that not only offers housing but transforms the living experience. The modern aesthetic, blending sleek lines and functionality, complements the ambitious goal of providing the best possible amenities to the residents. This architectural endeavor extends beyond conventional housing, embracing a holistic approach. The project integrates playgrounds, gyms, swimming pools, and other amenities, ensuring a lifestyle that transcends basic needs. The design fosters a sense of community and well-being, creating an environment where residents can thrive. In this collaborative journey, I extend my gratitude to Ar.
